October brings frightful fun to Concrete. Travel back in time to the early 1900s, when Concrete was a lawless village of miners, loggers, mill hands, and cement plant workers as you experience the Concrete Ghost Walk. On October 31, the community hosts a Halloween party and Trunk-or-Treat for all the ghouls and goblins in town.

Join us for the 18th annual Concrete Ghost Walk, an outdoor tour that invites you to explore the haunted hotspots of Concrete, WA! Every Saturday night in October, this unique experience blends history, local lore, and a touch of the supernatural as you wander through the dimly lit streets of our historic Town Center.
Starting at the iconic 101-year-old Concrete Theatre, the Ghost Walk takes you on a captivating journey through the town’s eerie past. You’ll hear about the characters and events that have shaped our spirited community. From ghostly visitations to tales of love, loss, and the darker side of history, each stop along the way reveals the secrets of those who once walked these very streets.
Prepare to be enthralled as you uncover the stories of Concrete’s past, where miners, loggers, and millhands lived and worked in a lawless village filled with intrigue. Did you know that there were more brothels than churches during the early 1900s? As you stroll through the historic district, you’ll encounter reenactments of local legends and hear from both living residents and those who have long since passed. The Concrete Ghost Walk is not just a tour; it’s an immersive experience that invites you to engage with the supernatural. As you traverse uneven surfaces and navigate dark alleys, keep your senses sharp—you never know what might be lurking in the shadows!
Halloween Trunk-or-Treat 2024
Join us on Halloween, October 31, at 5:00 p.m. in Town Center. Walk through the annual Trunk-or-Treat in Bear Square, where costumed volunteers will be on hand with their decorated vehicles. Businesses on Main Street will welcome trick-or-treaters, too. Free, safe fun for the family!
