New this Year: “Mountainfilm on Tour”

This year, we’re excited to bring you inspiring and captivating films handpicked from the Mountainfilm Festival in Telluride, Colorado.

Mountainfilm on Tour in Concrete will feature a collection of culturally rich, adventure-packed, and engaging documentary short films that align with Mountainfilm’s mission to use the power of film, art, and ideas to inspire audiences to create a better world.

Founded in 1979, Mountainfilm is one of America’s longest-running film festivals. The annual festival is held every Memorial Day weekend in Telluride, CO. Mountainfilm is a dynamic nonprofit organization and festival that celebrates stories of indomitable spirit and aims to inspire audiences through film, art, and ideas.

Celebrating Indomitable Spirit

Using the power of film, art, and ideas, Mountainfilm on Tour inspires audiences to create a better world. At this show in Concrete, we’ll be showcasing documentary films that celebrate adventure, activism, social justice, environment, and indomitable spirit.

The Mountain Film Festival at the Historic Concrete Theatre

The festival is held at the historic Concrete Theatre at 45920 Main Street in Concrete’s Town Center. Built in 1923, the venue seats 130 and includes a full stage, dance floor, and balcony. The theatre lobby features Freddie’s Bar, serving beer and wine. In the adjoining building, you’ll find Act One Ice Cream Parlor serving gourmet Wisconsin ice cream, freshly baked waffle cones, and a full espresso bar. There’s even an art gallery located at the same venue. Something for everyone!
