INFO: 1 space is 12×12, 2 spaces is 12×24, etc. Be sure to figure space you need carefully and take into consideration size and any entrances to vans and trailers for placement next to other vendors.

After submitting this form, please send a check, made payable to ‘Concrete Chamber of Commerce’. Mail to: Cascade Days, P.O. Box 743 Concrete, WA 98237. Applications and payment must be received with all required permits by Monday, August 14, 2023. No refunds for cancellation after the deadline.
